“An Elegant Three Course Spring Meal” taught by Chef Wes Rosati, The Wandering Chef! The class is $65.00. It will focus on knife skills, timing and some basic cooking techniques that will wow your guests. Some of the skills demonstrated will be vegetable cookery, portioning & deboning a chicken, grain cookery & risotto and “mise en place” and how this effects the execution/timing of the dinner.
